Administration challenges is another category of challenges I experienced in my years of Christian service. These challenges are either caused by church administration and/or they can only be solved by administrators unless God does it directly. I am in no way trying to discredit church leadership. Rather, I am hoping church leaders will become aware of some of the challenges they create for their workers. Perhaps becoming aware will help them look at their own church leadership and see if their system works or needs changed. If we are open to our own fallacies, we can often glean from the experiences of others and avoid making the same mistakes.
